DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
Please provide the full name, address, email and best telephone number of the individual who will be accepting the package/delivery. The package/delivery will be returned back to the original company/shipper, if the individual authorized to accept this package is unavailable on the scheduled delivery date/time, additional charges will apply for redelivery of any packages. You must provide the correct/full delivery address, including any required property access codes, prior to delivery. Additional charges will apply If the the delivery address was entered incorectly, any redeliveries are subject  to company availability.
Payments and Deposits: Full  payment is due  prior to delivering any packages or moving supplies. 50% of any payments/deposits will be refunded, if an order is canceled within 2 hours, from the date and time of initial payment. Payment is not refundable for any cancellations, starting 2 hours after processing any payments for delivery.  
Boxin Moving and its service providers are not responsible for any loss, damage or stolen items/deliveries after accepting delivery, or after any  customers requested to have any packages delivered without an authorized individual present to sign and accept delivery. The Customer holds Boxin Moving/Contractors harmless from any claims, if The Customer accepts delivery of any items without an authorized individial present to sign/accept delivery.

Delivery Date/Time: please make sure that the receiver is available to accept delivery on the estimated delivery Day/Time window: 9.00 AM - 2.00 PM, 2.00 PM - 7.00 PM Monday- Saturday. 
Cancelations: We may cancel any orders for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this online agreement, or for any reasons, proceed by any refund(s) within 40 days, starting from the order canceled date/time.
